3. Digital Products and Licenses

  • Digital items (such as themes, plugins, source code, tools, templates, and other downloadable products) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  • Accessing or downloading any digital product confirms its delivery and usage, making it ineligible for a refund.

4. Subscription Services

  • Subscription-based services (monthly, quarterly, or annually) are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refund will be issued for unused days or services within the billing cycle.

5. No Refunds for Change of Mind
