Refund & Cancellation Policy

At DG Innovations, we are committed to providing high-quality digital solutions and IT services that meet the needs of our clients. We understand that there may be situations where refunds or cancellations are necessary. This policy outlines the terms under which such requests are handled.


1. Cancellation Before Project Start

Clients may cancel a project or service up to 7 days before the scheduled start date. In such cases, any advance payments made will be fully refunded without any deductions.


2. Cancellation Within 7 Days of Start

If a cancellation request is made between 2 to 6 days before the start of the project, a 25% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total paid amount to cover resource allocation and planning.


3. Cancellation Within 48 Hours of Start

For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the commencement of services, 50% of the total payment will be forfeited due to last-minute scheduling and administrative work already initiated.


4. Cancellation After Project Has Started

Once a project or service has officially started, no cancellations will be accepted. Any payments made for ongoing work are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.


5. Refunds for Digital Products & Licenses

For software, plugins, or digital downloads purchased from DG Innovations:

  • Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase only if the product has not been downloaded, installed, or activated.
  • After 14 days or product usage, no refunds will be issued.

6. Refunds for Subscription Plans

Monthly or annual subscriptions can be canceled at any time. However:

  • Access to services will continue until the current billing cycle ends.
  • No prorated refunds will be issued for unused days or partial months.
  • Refunds are only available within 7 days of the renewal date, provided services have not been used.

7. Refunds for Custom Services

In the case of web development, branding, or other custom projects:

  • Refunds are offered only for unutilized hours or incomplete portions of work.
  • Completed milestones, deliverables, or approved work will not be refunded.
  • Partial refunds are granted at the discretion of DG Innovations, depending on the stage of the project.

8. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Services that have already been rendered or completed.
  • Custom-built websites, apps, or solutions that have been delivered.
  • One-time consultation or audit sessions.
  • Purchases made through third-party platforms or resellers.
